He made a quick and accurate diagnosis, explaining everything to me. The part had to be ordered and it might take several days. I gave the go-ahead. The NEXT day your office called. It was in. Alec could be here between 10-12 the NEXT day. At 930 this morning I received a text AND automated call saying Alec would be here in about 20 minutes. 20 on-the-dot he was here. Brought in equipment needed. It’s now 10:30. The repairs are done. The machine is humming. Alec is fastidious. Explained what he needed to do; did it; cleaned up his work area, and now he is on his way to make the next customer happy. I am so pleased.
