Today I was able to get my washer repaired. The process was easy from point A to point B. The receptionist put great effort in getting me scheduled today. The technician , Mason Saenz arrived on schedule.  He introduced himself and started working on the washer. He quickly identified the problem.  He gave us a reasonable quote.
