Michael grew up in the appliance repair business. He's been working in it since 2009 -- first as a technician, then as general manager at Salem Appliance Repair -- before starting Lubbock Appliance Repair. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Texas Tech. That combination of hands-on experience and technical training shapes how we approach every job: systematically, honestly, and with the tools and knowledge to do it right. That includes access to wiring diagrams and factory schematics for the appliances we service -- not guesswork.

We don't swap parts and hope. We diagnose. That means identifying the actual cause of a failure before recommending or installing anything. If a part is replaced and later determined not to have been the cause, the customer is not charged for it. Every repair where we replace a part is backed by a 365-day parts and labor warranty. That's a full year. Most competitors in Lubbock offer 90 days.
