HOW TO PLAY

• 🔎 DIAGNOSE — Run diagnostic tests to find ALL issues first. A good tech diagnoses once and finds everything.
• 💬 EXPLAIN TO CUSTOMER — Communicate your findings in plain language BEFORE touching anything. If the customer doesn't understand what's wrong, they won't agree to pay for it.
• 💰 PRESENT QUOTE — Get customer approval BEFORE starting any repair. Customer approves → proceed. Customer declines → service fee only. No approval = no repair.
• 🔧 REPAIR — Fix the identified problem. Requires quote approval. Diagnose first for bonus accuracy!
• 🧹 CLEAN & MAINTAIN — Address root causes like clogged vents, dirty coils, or buildup. Also requires quote approval.
• 🔍 TEST REPAIR — ALWAYS test before leaving! Skipping = higher callback chance.
• ⚠️ ROOT CAUSE — Some jobs need BOTH repair AND cleaning. Missing the root cause = CALLBACK!
• 💡 MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS — Recommend add-ons only when genuinely needed. Bonus points for honest recommendations.
• 🚫 NO-FIX-NO-PAY — If the repair doesn't work, it's free beyond the service fee. Fix it right or don't charge for it.
• 📞 Callbacks cost you score. Zero callbacks = perfect tech rating!
• ⚠️ Each diagnostic or repair move costs 1 PP. Run out = game over!
